In 2017, Idris Okuneye Olarenwaju popularly called Bobrisky started his cross-dressing career after graduating from the University of Lagos with a degree in accounting.
This Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun state native-born struggled for money after school since her business wasn’t booming.
This financial challenge became very serious that she couldn’t go for a one-year compulsory National Youth Service.
To overcome this, she chosed cross-dressing as a strategy to sell her body cream, body wash, knuckle cream, and female clothes.
According to her, she did this to make money and didn’t plan to do it for a long time.
This strategy worked. According to Bob risky, “women claim to have more power than their counterparts but don’t know how to use it.”
In 2018, Bobrisky made millions and bought a house in Chevron estate. Lagos.
This led him to remain a cross-dresser for life because of the money he realized. To keep it up, he took feminine hormone pills to change his body totally to that of a woman.
As a child, he claimed he already had some visible women features on his body. So the pills helped to bring them out more.
In 2019, Bobrisky sold her cream to 100 clients from Germany, London, Nigeria, and other parts of the world, and the money kept coming.
Especially when Linda Ikeji wrote about her as a cross-dresser on her blog. This advertised Bobrisky to a larger audience both in Nigeria and abroad.

Between 2019 and 2020, Bob was afraid and confused about going for surgery. This fear and confusion continued for over a year.
In 2021, he travelled abroad for a tummy and liposuction surgery worth $300,000.
She wrote on her Instagram page,

The confusing part of this surgery was that Bobrisky was still awake during the surgery, and she was on IG live while the doctors sounded like Nigerians.
